        Fernando Rubio
Fernando is an Associate Professor in Spanish and the Department Co-Chair for Languages & Literature. He has not done an assignment or test on paper since coming to the U seven years ago. Dr. Rubio discusses how the Spanish Department transitioned from face-to-face to hybrid instruction.
